Read together, the shipped surfaces point at agent-accessible messaging and commerce-channel integrations; the rest is competitive positioning against Braze and other incumbents.
The company is staking out two adjacent bets: agent-accessible messaging via MCP, and RCS as the layer beyond SMS.
