Hey Tana just does it, a Calendar, and a new Home
⚡ SPARKHey Tana now silently executes commands without opening a voice session — you can make a request mid-sentence in someone else's meeting and Tana handles it without anyone noticing. A native Calendar view lands in the same release, adding day, week, and month views with event management. Both changes deepen the ambient-assistant trajectory established over the last month.

Multitasking voice agent, natural language search and daily briefs
⚡ SPARKThe voice agent now runs multiple tasks simultaneously in the background — look something up, draft a document, and find related notes, all while staying in a meeting. Results arrive at natural pauses rather than interrupting the conversation. This is the foundation the Hey Tana silent execution model in the next release builds on.

A clearer transcript, and proposals you can fix in place
AI proposal review and correction are now the same screen — you can edit a field while comparing the AI's proposed value to the original, without leaving the review flow. A version picker in the header lets you switch between versions in place. This reduces the friction of the propose-review-correct loop that is central to Tana's AI editing model.

Tana notices the meetings you didn't schedule
Tana now detects when you are in an external meeting held in another app and offers to capture it automatically — without you starting anything. It listens for meeting-like audio from your microphone and speakers, covering Slack, Chrome, Teams, Zoom, Discord, and a generic browser or call, including unscheduled calls. This extends the meeting capture feature beyond calendar-aware sessions.

AI chat goes further before hitting usage limits
Token efficiency improvements reduce how often you hit AI usage limits for the same quality of output. AI chat can now also return shareable links to any document or meeting it references, making it easier to pull Tana content into emails or messages without leaving the app.

Ask the AI to pin things for you
You can now ask Tana's AI to pin or unpin content directly — docs onto meetings, spaces onto the sidebar, types into your workspace — and it applies immediately without a proposal to approve. A small but telling example of the ongoing shift from AI-suggests-you-accept toward AI-acts-you-observe.
