Shopify order tracking and post-purchase experience platform (now ParcelWILL)

ParcelPanel turns its tracking page into a full post-purchase revenue surface with cross-product review integration.

Current state
ParcelPanel has evolved from a carrier tracking widget into a post-purchase revenue layer. The tracking page now shows recommended products, collects reviews via TrustWILL, surfaces attributed revenue, and triggers rule-based marketing automations — all through the ParcelWILL product suite built on top of ParcelPanel's core tracking infrastructure. Enterprise-tier merchants are getting dedicated infrastructure investment: faster carrier polling, and per-lane configuration for integration events.
Where it's heading
The product is assembling a bundled post-purchase platform where tracking, social proof, and marketing automation feed a closed attribution loop. Every touchpoint — a notification, a recommended product, a review request — generates data that drives the next automation. The cross-product integrations with TrustWILL and the auto-tagging of ParcelWILL orders are evidence of a tighter data flywheel being constructed. Expect more connectors that pull Shopify-native objects — loyalty programs, subscription apps — into the tracking page surface.
Prediction
ParcelPanel will likely deepen the attribution reporting layer (tying ParcelWILL revenue to specific notification types and carrier events) and expand TrustWILL integration to include post-delivery review requests sent via shipping notification rather than requiring the buyer to return to the tracking page.

⚡ Faster Tracking Updates on Enterprise

Enterprise plans now poll supported carriers more frequently, surfacing delays earlier and triggering shipping notifications closer to the moment events occur. Consistent with ParcelPanel's pattern of tiering infrastructure quality to justify enterprise pricing.

    🔧 Storefront Accessibility & a Round of Behind-the-Scenes Work

A first-pass accessibility sweep on the tracking storefront — screen reader and keyboard navigation basics, self-described as housekeeping with further work to follow. No functional change for sighted users.

🎯 Integration Events, Upgraded: Rule-Based Delay & Stalled Triggers

Integration events for shipment delays and stalled parcels are now rule-based: merchants configure separate thresholds per carrier lane rather than using a single global setting. This is the right model for merchants shipping across customs-intensive routes where 'stalled' means very different things depending on the leg.

Last-Mile Carrier Visibility & Smarter Map Display for Dropshipping

The tracking page now surfaces the last-mile carrier on cross-border parcels — the leg where buyer visibility typically drops after the international handoff. A separate dropshipping mode hides the origin warehouse location on the map. Both address common support ticket drivers for merchants serving international buyers.

🏷️ Automatic Order Tags for ParcelWILL-Attributed Orders

Every order attributed to a ParcelWILL touchpoint now gets a Shopify tag automatically, making the revenue impact of the tracking page visible natively in Shopify reporting without custom queries. Closes a reporting gap that previously required merchants to trust ParcelWILL's own dashboard rather than their primary order data.

ParcelWILL × TrustWILL: Reviews Now Live on Your Tracking Page (Phase 2)

    ⚡ SPARK

TrustWILL star ratings now appear on recommended products on the tracking page, and post-delivery review requests are collected in the same surface — bridging ParcelPanel's tracking infrastructure with TrustWILL's review product at the moment buyer engagement is highest.
