Digital gift card and voucher issuing platform for businesses

Gifted adds Google Shopping and Meta feed integration, turning gift vouchers into shoppable ad products

ecommercegift-vouchershospitalitymarketingpayments
Current state
Gifted is a B2B gift voucher platform for hospitality and experiential businesses. This reporting period shows the most concentrated feature burst in the trailing six months — six capabilities shipped in a week around August 10, spanning operational controls (partial unredemption, per-item refunds, redemption reporting) and marketing tools (Shopping Feeds, Badges, Add on Rewards). The product is covering both ends of the voucher lifecycle simultaneously: making it easier to manage sold vouchers on the back end, and easier to sell more on the front end.
Where it's heading
Gifted is building toward a complete commerce stack for the experiential gifting vertical. The operational features reduce friction for voucher admins dealing with real-world complications (partial redemptions, split-order refunds). The marketing features reduce friction for customer acquisition by extending Gifted's storefront into paid ad channels. If Shopping Feeds drive meaningful purchase volume, Gifted becomes the revenue platform for a category where generic e-commerce tools don't specialize — a defensible position.
Prediction
Pay by Link for Journey Vouchers (already live per the backlog) suggests the team is standardizing on Stripe for all payment flows. Expect additional payment methods and potentially installment or buy-now-pay-later options for high-value experiential vouchers as the next operational expansion.

    Clearer Redemption Report

The Redemption Report now shows the amount redeemed on each specific date rather than the voucher's cumulative total — a data accuracy fix that matters most for businesses with multi-date partial redemptions. This is bookkeeping correctness work that follows directly from the Partial Unredemption feature shipped the month prior.

    Partial Unredemption

Partial Unredemption lets authorized users reverse only the incorrect portion of a partially redeemed voucher, preserving the valid part of the original transaction including its original date and time. Previously the entire redemption had to be reversed and re-entered, which introduced errors in historical reporting — this closes that workflow gap.

    Cancel & Refund Individual Vouchers

Admins can now cancel and refund a single voucher within a multi-item order without voiding the entire order — Stripe refunds are triggered automatically for card-paid items, and the customer receives a cancellation email. A practical fix for the common case where one item in a bundle is problematic but the rest of the order should stand.

    Shopping Feeds

    ⚡ SPARK

Shopping Feeds automatically generate and maintain a product catalog from Gifted storefronts for Google Shopping and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad platforms — including price updates, offer prices, and UTM tracking. This extends Gifted beyond the storefront and into paid acquisition channels without requiring businesses to manually manage separate product feeds.

    Introducing Badges

Badges let merchants attach short conversion-focused labels to voucher cards and the checkout basket — 'Bestseller', 'Limited availability', 'Instant delivery' — surfacing key information at the moment of purchase decision. A lightweight merchandising tool that complements the Shopping Feeds expansion by giving businesses conversion-rate levers on their own storefront.

    Add on Reward

Add on Reward automatically adds a complimentary voucher to a customer's basket when they meet offer conditions — spend thresholds, specific product purchases — using the existing Offers module. A structured alternative to blanket discounting that lets merchants create value-added promotions without reducing their listed voucher prices.
