Turnover-IT opened its CV database via APIs, then went quiet for three months

Current state
Turnover-IT has been leaning into API-led integration with customer ATS systems: Talent Search to query the CV library from a customer's own tooling, Profile Sync to push candidate updates back into customer environments, automated competency-file generation with custom templates, and applicant-side custom questions. The feed publishes each release two or three times — an English capture, a French capture, and in some cases a second English capture with broken emoji encoding — which makes the changelog look busier than the release count. Nothing new has been published since Profile Sync on 4 May 2026.
Where it's heading
The strategy visible in these releases moves Turnover-IT from a destination tool to an API-shaped service inside whatever ATS or recruiting suite a customer already runs, with automated competency dossiers as the value that travels alongside the candidate data. The 360-tier labelling on these features signals an explicit upmarket play. What the feed cannot tell you is whether that push continued: the three-and-a-half month silence since Profile Sync is the most conspicuous fact in the current window, and the entries give no reason for it.
Prediction
The feed does not support a confident prediction while it is dormant. If publishing resumes, the API-first line — candidate matching or assessment results exposed the same way — is the direction the existing releases point to, and the duplicate multilingual publishing will likely persist until the changelog feed is unified.

Recent moves

    Profile Sync announcement (French edition)

The French-language capture of the Profile Sync announcement, published under the same timestamp as the English one. No separate release — the same launch counted twice by the feed.

Profile Sync API: real-time candidate updates into customer ATS

    ⚡ SPARK

The most recent release on this feed and the furthest step in the API strategy: candidate records stop being a static export and become a synchronised source. It is also where the feed stops — nothing has published since.

New competency-file generation with custom templates

Competency files can now be generated against a customer's own template, with configurable control over which fields appear. It makes the dossier output carry the customer's branding rather than Turnover-IT's, which fits a product positioning itself as a supplier behind someone else's workflow.

  4. 4mo ago

    Competency-file generation (French edition)

The French-language capture of the competency-file release, sharing a timestamp with its English counterpart. A duplicate publication rather than distinct work.

  5. 4mo ago

    New competency-file generation (duplicate publish)

A third capture of the same competency-file release, this one with the emoji rendered correctly. The feed routinely emits two or three copies of a single announcement.

    Custom application questions for pre-qualification

Custom application questions can now be attached to job offers, so candidates are pre-qualified at apply-time rather than via separate screens. A meaningful workflow win for high-volume recruiting.
