Teachable

Teachable's release cadence is bug-fix maintenance, not new direction.

Current state
Teachable's recent releases are almost entirely defect work: enrollment-and-bundle deduplication, graded-quiz scoring correction, subscription payment matching, PayPal mixed-cart handling, post-purchase upsell editability, drip content settings positioning. The one consistent forward motion is mobile feature parity — the latest iOS and Android builds finally bring dashboard links and the hero banner to the apps, and a prior release shipped iOS 26 compatibility plus content refresh fixes. No new pricing, AI, or commerce surface has appeared in the tracked stream.
Where it's heading
Teachable looks to be in stabilization mode. The defect mix touches almost every core flow — checkout, subscriptions, quizzes, exports — which suggests the team is paying down accumulated quality debt rather than expanding the product surface. Mobile is the only area showing additive work, and even there it's catching up to web rather than introducing capabilities web doesn't have.
Prediction
If the bug-fix cadence continues uninterrupted for another month, expect a larger release tied to a strategic theme — likely either AI-assisted course authoring or analytics — to land afterward. Until then, no spark moves are likely; the team is signaling reliability, not ambition.
