◆Current state
Teable has moved well past its initial positioning as an Airtable alternative. In the past week alone it shipped admin-configured AI model tiers, an AI-powered App Builder with preset prompts, Composio integration for hundreds of third-party apps, and Scheduled Routines for agent task automation. The product is now simultaneously a structured database, an AI chat interface, a scraping platform, and an automation hub.
◆Where it's heading
The Composio integration is the clearest directional signal: connecting to hundreds of OAuth apps turns Teable into a workflow automation competitor to Zapier and Make, not just a database tool. Combine that with Scheduled Routines (agent task scheduling with run history) and Admin AI model tiers (centralized model governance for multi-tenant deployments), and Teable is building the infrastructure for enterprise agentic workflows on top of a structured data layer.
◆Prediction
Composio connection depth will expand rapidly — expect billing around automation runs and connected app counts within 2–3 months. The retired Gmail/Outlook native connections (replaced by IMAP) suggest Teable is offloading email infrastructure to focus on the higher-value workflow and AI layers.

    AI image generation expands to 7 models; Gmail/Outlook email triggers retired

    AI image generation expands to support GPT Image, Gemini, Seedream, Recraft, Muse, Grok Imagine, and Arrow models — a significant breadth increase.
