April finishes the Organizations rollout with full subscription, Stripe and PayPal payment methods, billing info, autoupgrade, and a sidebar org switcher. Login flows via Google, Facebook, and SAML now correctly route into orgs. Closes the org-as-first-class loop without itself opening a new direction.
