Business text messaging platform for two-way SMS and MMS conversations with CRM integrations

Salesmsg now runs the entire sales-to-NPS loop in one thread — outbound, AI reply, booking, survey, and routing.

Current state
Salesmsg has expanded well past SMS messaging into a full-stack sales communication platform. AI agents handle text and voice, execute actions (send SMS, log notes, tag callers, escalate with context), and now route contacts based on NPS scores. The recent addition of native surveys closes a loop that previously required a separate CX tool.
Where it's heading
Every release reduces a manual touchpoint. AI agents now handle opt-outs, book meetings from warm replies, write handoff summaries, log post-call notes, and route contacts by survey score — all without rep intervention. The trajectory is toward a fully autonomous outreach-to-feedback cycle where humans review outcomes rather than manage steps.
Prediction
The next move will likely be survey-score-triggered AI agent sequences — automatically enrolling detractors in win-back flows and promoters in referral asks based on NPS results. The routing logic already exists; wiring it to agent automation is the obvious completion.

Smarter routing, personalized links, AI opt-out handling

Several workflow improvements ship together: contact routing triggered by NPS or review scores, per-recipient personalized link shortening, AI-handled opt-out recognition, ring groups beyond the previous 10-member cap, and audience exclude filters. These extend existing capabilities rather than opening new product surface, but the NPS routing in particular closes a gap the August survey launch created.

Full campaign lifecycle walkthrough (existing features)

A walkthrough demonstrating how multiple existing Salesmsg features — click-to-text, Texting AI, AI booking, handoff summaries, and NPS surveys — work together across a single conversation thread. This is a product narrative piece rather than a new capability launch.

Give Your Calling AI Agent More Ways to Act, Not Just Talk

The Calling AI Agent gains action-execution via slash commands in the prompt (send SMS, handoff), automatic post-call note logging, intent-based contact tagging, AI-written handoff summaries, and three outcome KPIs (transferred, resolved, abandoned). Each of these reduces post-call manual work and makes the calling agent more useful in supervised workflows.

Escalate Smarter, Notify Faster, and Track Every Handoff With Your AI Agents

Human escalation paths are added to both the texting and calling agents: handoffs transfer with full context and an AI-generated summary, so a rep picking up mid-conversation doesn't start from scratch. This is the prerequisite for deploying AI agents at any real volume — humans need a reliable on-ramp when the agent hits its limit.

Collect and Act on Customer Feedback Right Inside Salesmsg with Surveys

    ⚡ SPARK

Native NPS surveys embedded directly in Salesmsg conversations represent the platform's first CX measurement capability — previously requiring a separate tool. Score-based follow-ups, one-click sending, live analytics, and live editing make this a functional replacement for lightweight survey tools within the existing messaging context. Combined with the NPS-based routing shipped in September, this creates a closed feedback loop inside a single platform.

Per-workflow credit tracking, simultaneous call handling, and AI agent stats

A set of operational improvements: per-workflow and per-agent credit spend tracking, simultaneous incoming call handling, AI Agent statistics showing contact progress states, a self-serve 10DLC upgrade path, and unlimited trial member invitations. The credit tracking in particular addresses a key pain point for teams running multiple AI agent workflows — knowing where spend is going.
