◆Current state
Lyssna is a UX research platform that launched a Model Context Protocol server in beta in July 2026, allowing Claude and ChatGPT to query research data directly in natural language. The platform continues expanding its test types — tree tests now support multiple tasks per tree, and card sorting has gained a hybrid mode.
