HelloID previews bulk rule publishing and manual snapshot runs for its September release.

Current state
HelloID is an identity and access management platform from Tools4ever, publishing a monthly release train with separate preview, fix and hotfix entries. The 2026.09 preview names three changes: manually running a target snapshot, publishing provisioning rules in bulk, and exposing a product request's expiration date in the $request variable available to PowerShell tasks. The 2026.08 cycle closed with provisioning and Service Automation fixes.
Where it's heading
The pattern across recent months is administrative friction being removed from Provisioning rather than new capability being added: rule mining thresholds became configurable, audit traceability improved for custom product requests, and target-snapshot permissions became visible in preview. Bulk rule publishing and on-demand snapshots continue that line directly. Service Automation work is smaller and mostly concerns what PowerShell tasks can see.
Prediction
On the established cadence, these previewed items will appear in the 2026.09 release proper, followed within weeks by the fix entries that have accompanied every prior monthly train.

Bulk rule publishing and manual target snapshots due in 2026.09

A preview of the September release: manual target snapshot runs, bulk rule publishing, and the product request expiration date exposed to PowerShell tasks. Publishing rules one at a time has been a standing administrative cost in Provisioning, and this is the entry that says it is going away.

Rollback now removes the AD account when Exchange mailbox creation fails

Rollback now removes the AD account when Exchange mailbox creation fails, closing a partial-provisioning state. A correctness fix in the same subsystem the September preview extends.

PowerShell 7 support coming to the local Service Automation agent

The August preview, which flagged PowerShell 7 support for the local Service Automation agent. The September preview follows the same format one month on.

    Fixed Service Automation 2026.08

The monthly Service Automation fix roundup for 2026.08. Routine corrections with no change in capability.

Hotfix (14-07-2026): Image upload in company settings page does not work

A hotfix for image upload failing on the company settings page. Out-of-band fixes like this sit between the monthly trains.

Hotfix (13-07-2026): Variables return old values after updating through variable library

A hotfix for variables returning stale values after an update. Variable handling is the same area the September preview touches by exposing request expiration dates.
