Build any form UI and keep every workflow in Formaloo
⚡ SPARKA teaser-length entry, but it names two openings the product has not had before: forms whose interface you build yourself with submissions still landing in Formaloo, and project creation initiated from inside ChatGPT or Claude. Private AI analysis and automated scoring and assignment round it out. Formaloo has spent two cycles putting AI inside its own editor; this one puts Formaloo inside someone else's surface, and detaches the form from the UI Formaloo renders.

Ranking fields to allow users submit priorities
Ranking fields capture stated priorities in order and carry that order through to reporting, alongside a Slider field and Workspace Cleanup. Sits in the platform thread — more field types and more workspace-level housekeeping — rather than the AI thread.

Unsplash, per-page covers, and a cleaner dashboard.
Unsplash search inside the image picker, per-page cover images on Classic forms, covers and logos on ending pages, and forms visible in dashboard folders. Presentation and navigation polish, the smaller cycle that followed Magic Logic.

Magic Logic generates form rules from a plain-English description
⚡ SPARKMagic Logic is the point where Formaloo's rule system stopped being something you learn and became something you describe. It set the pattern the product has followed since: generate configuration from a sentence, show it as readable rules, apply in one click.

Portal signup adds domain rules and magic-link registration
Portals gain regex-based rules on the signup email field, magic-link registration, and finer access control, so a portal can be restricted to a corporate or education domain without manually approving each signup. Closes a gap that previously forced a choice between an open link and a hand-managed list.

Let your team vote on what matters
Upvoting on Kanban and Gallery views, with per-audience control over who can vote — workspace members, portal visitors, or both — and automatic sorting by vote count. Brings prioritisation into the board instead of exporting data to run a poll elsewhere.
