Element v1.12.28-rc.1: glibc floor raised, Module API and room list expanded
This release candidate raises the glibc floor to 2.35, cutting off Debian bullseye and Ubuntu <22.04 permanently. It also adds a Module API for URL preview overrides and rounds out the room list with an Invites section and collapsible drag behavior — continuing the room list refinement thread running across the last several releases.
