This is the playbook NetSuite needs against Sage Intacct AI investments and the new wave of finance-AI startups; whoever owns the close ledger inside an enterprise owns the most defensible position.

Expect 2026.2 to extend AI deeper into reporting (an AI-driven variance explanation surface in EPM is the obvious next step) and into the SuiteTax stack as global compliance rules grow more complex.
