The guardrails post is the clearest statement of that pitch so far, since the failure modes it describes, cost overrun and scope escape, are the two the shipped products already address.

The essays have now named cost, identity, delegation and scope as the open problems while the shipped work covers only the first, so the next release most likely attaches policy or scope enforcement to deployed workloads.
